Bruce Lunde sailed to national and international renown in the waterfront business through a series of career building blocks. With a degree in architecture, he worked throughout the Midwest successfully managing architectural and engineering assignments. He then learned project- and construction-management skills through employment at WE Energies (then Wisconsin Electric Power Company), modifying existing power facilities.
In 1994, he joined a firm that designs, constructs and operates marinas. Ten years later, his expertise led him to a firm specializing in landscape architecture and civil engineering. He was elevated to principal and expanded his work repertoire to include parks, recreation and municipal facilities. Today, he is a respected speaker and author on trends in the marina industry, and he holds specific expertise on issues surrounding the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Bruce developed a master plan that transformed the marina into one of the best facilities in the area.
